Pete Doherty is thinking about tossing out all the songs he's written for his new album and starting from scratch. He says his jail time has given him a new outlook and he's reevaluated the musical direction of his record.

Pete plans on getting re-inspired in Portugal and France, but is limited to staying in England until his probation is up. But didn't Pete just have a scheduled show in Paris (that he didn't play due to a Eurostar breakdown) just a few nights ago? Better not let his probation officer know that!
