Another year, another batch of stars.
2014 was the rise of Iggy Azalea, Ariana Grande, and Meghan Trainor.
Who will see success and stardom this year?
Check our predictions:
Shawn exploded out of literally nowhere in 2013 through the popular app Vine. He posted short 6-second covers of popular songs, and within just a few months, he garnered millions of followers. Shawn was then picked up by Island Records, where he released his first single "Life of the Party".
Shawn is only growing more popular each day, and we see 2015 being a big, breakout year for him.
You may know her as Kylie Jenner's best friend. But we know her as "the next big thing." As most other young musicians, she first started posting her covers on YouTube. After meeting Chris Brown's manager in 2013, Pia Mia went on to sign with Interscope Records. She is currently working on her debut studio album, which we will hopefully get to hear in 2015.
She has all the star qualities. Just look at her.
We here at Stereotude love Rixton. The U.K. band has stopped by our studios plenty of times, to chat and play games. The guys first came into the spotlight with the release of their music video for the song "Make Out". In the video, the guys parody other famous music videos like "Stay" by Rihanna, "Wrecking Ball" by Miley Cyrus, "Roar" by Katy Perry, and "Blurred Lines" by Robin Thicke.
Rixton will be opening up for Ariana Grande on The Honeymoon Tour this year. We see a bright future for these British lads!
A product of Simon Cowell's "The X Factor", Fifth Harmony have slowly been plotting their come-up. The ladies won an MTV VMA last year as the "Artist to Watch". If MTV says so, we'll probably trust them.
Fifth Harmony's debut album Reflection will be released early this year, and we're sure it'll give them the buzz they truly deserve.
Who do you have on your radar? Anyone we forgot to include on this list?
