Surprise, surprise, Simon Cowell is mentioned in another Rich List. He may not be a musician himself, but he makes a ton of money off of them.
According to the UK’s Sunday Times Rich List, Simon is worth £200 million, which is about $329 million in US dollars.
In the last year he’s made £35 million from his various business interests including his SyCo music label and reality TV shows including ‘The X Factor’ and ‘America’s Got Talent’.
You’d think with all that money he would buy something other than black and white t-shirts. But than again maybe that’s why he’s so rich, he’s frugal.
But as rich as he is, he didn’t even make it in the top 5 of the rich list. Who are these rich people and where do they hang out? I’m down for some champagne showers.
But clearly money can’t buy everything. He may be a multi-millionaire, but he admits he gets in these dark depressing moods a lot “for no reason.”
He said: "If I ever decided to go to a psychiatrist, it would be a long session. I have always thought that I do have a number of issues that probably need dealing with, because I am quite odd in some ways. "I get very dark moods for no reason. I just sit on my own for days."
