Taylor Swift to Collaborate With John Mayer?

John Mayer is making the rounds with the tween singers! First he collaborated with Demi Lovato, and now he’s looking to make a little music with Taylor Swift! Guess he likes the younger market!

Like Demi Lovato, Taylor met John via the celeb-friendly Twitter, and now the two may be doing a duet together! Taylor recently did an interview with Elle’s “Women in Music” issue and said, "He Twittered the other day that he wrote a song, and he wants to make it a duet with me.”

Here’s what the Tweet from John said: "Waking up to this song idea that won't leave my head. 3 days straight now. That means it's good enough to finish. It's called 'Half of My Heart' and I want to sing it with Taylor Swift. She would make a killer 'Nicks' in contrast to my 'Petty' of a song."

Taylor was so surprised when she found out John wanted to work with her. She said, "I freaked out when I heard, because I've been such a big fan of John for such a long time. I'm really excited about just the idea that he would even mention me in his Twitter!"

The two have done a duet once before—John and Taylor shared a stage in LA last month to sing his Your Body is a Wonderland and her White Horse.

We love both John and Taylor! They’re both great musicians and song writers, so we can imagine this duet being great!
