Video: Tupac Back from the Grave to Perform at Coachella 2012
Tupac performed as a hologram at Coachella 2012 this past weekend. Wow, that’s some avatar sh-t.

If you plan on watching this video at work, headphones on, because this is NSFW.

In what might be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen, a completely life-like Tupac beamed in to Coachella to perform “Hail Mary” and “2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted.”

Not only that, but he bantered and rapped alongside Snoop Dogg and grabbed his own crotch! It was so lifelike! Can we get a Oscar nomination to whoever did that animation!? Damn, “Tupac” should make a cameo in a Grand Theft Auto video game afterwards or something.

Tupac began his performance by rising up from the ground and the crowd went nuts. This is the first time Tupac has been “onstage” since his untimely death in 1996. He yelled at the audience, “What the f-ck is up Coachella!”

He then ended his performance by bursting in a flash of light and disappearing.

There were rumors on Friday that Nate Dogg would be beamed into the Snoop performance via hologram, but instead we got Tupac, which was a pretty amazing consolation prize.

Other living legends, literally living, like non-hologram performers that joined Snoop onstage included Dr. Dre, Eminem, 50 Cent, and Wiz Khalifa. Snoop and Dre definitely proved their worth as show headliners. Can Coachella Weekend 2 even top that Tupac appearance?
