Whitney Houston to Go on Tour

Whitney Houston is on quite the roll! She’s had an emotional year of admitting to her terrible marriage to Bobby Brown, and her struggles with drug addiction, but she’s proving anyone in Hollywood can make a comeback!

Whitney is now hitting the road on tour for the first time in 11 years. Houston will begin her world tour in 2010 and has scheduled dates in the U.K., Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Belgium, with the rest of the concerts set to be announced in the next few days.

Whitney said in a statement, "This is my first full tour since the My Love Is Your Love tour, and I am so excited to be performing for my fans around the world after all this time. I am putting together a great show, and cannot wait to perform the songs from my new album I Look To You along with some of your favorites."

She topped the U.S. album chart with her new release I Look To You. This will be Whitney’s first tour since the My Love Is Your Love tour in 1999.

Let’s hope she can stay on the straight and narrow!
