In the music biz, there’s this thing called a “rider” which is everything the stars demand to have backstage at their shows. I think Adele requires like tons of German beers and Nicki Minaj need lots of wishbone salad dressing in their backstage set-ups.

Anyways, Britney Spears’s backstage rider for the “X Factor” has leaked and she has the weirdest requests.

Oh no, Kelly Rowland is leaving her judging gig on the UK version of The X Factor. Now, we’re going to have to read 100 news stories on how LeAnn Rimes and Avril Lavigne are "in talks" to replace her! Will it never end!!?

The former Destiny’s Child singer joined the judges panel last year in an attempt to shake things up, but unfortunately last year received the lowest ratings of any season of The X Factor.
